Integrated Sequence for CRM and Sales records

This module includes sequence generation functionality, ensuring that a unique sequence number is assigned to each opportunity created in the CRM. The sequence numbers are displayed in the list view in descending order for better organization and visibility. When an opportunity is created, a quotation can be generated for it, and the sequence number will be displayed. Clicking the sequence number will navigate to the opportunity form view where the quotation is linked. After confirming the quotation, an invoice is created, and the sequence number is displayed in the invoice. Clicking the sequence number in the invoice will take you back to the opportunity form view, where the invoice field is automatically filled. All these elements are seamlessly connected through the unique sequence number.

App → CRM

In CRM Click → Configuration→Settings.

In CRM Settings Click → Sequence Generation → Enable the checkbox → Save.

In CRM Click → New → Create Opportunity→Save. (The Sequence Code will be generated)

After Creating Opportunity, the Sequence Code Generated and ClickĂ New Quotation.

Click → New Quotation → Confirm.

In Quotation Click→Add Product→Save.

The Sequence Code of the Opportunity is displayed, Click → SM Project Smart Button.

Clicking the sequence number will navigate to the opportunity form view, The Quotation will be displayed in the Opportunity form view.

In Quotation, Click → Confirm Button.
