What is Zoho One

Zoho One brings together Zoho’s applications under a single subscription, so a business can run sales, finance, support and HR from one connected platform instead of stitching together separate tools. The main applications include:

• Zoho CRM: manages leads, contacts, deals and the sales pipeline.
• Zoho Books: cloud accounting, covering invoicing, expenses, banking and UK VAT (including Making Tax Digital).
• Zoho Desk: a help desk for managing customer support tickets across email, chat and other channels.
• Zoho Creator: a low-code platform for building custom business applications.
• Zoho People: human resources, covering employee records, time off and approvals.
• Zoho Projects: project planning, task tracking and team collaboration.
• Zoho Analytics: reporting and dashboards that pull data from other Zoho apps and external sources.

Alongside these, Zoho One includes further applications for marketing, collaboration and IT, which a business can adopt as its needs grow.
