Company Check Extension Help Guide

Installation:

Once the extension installation is complete, a button labelled “Company Check” will be visible within the Leads and Accounts Module in the following views: 

  • Create View
  • Edit View
  • Record Details View

Accessing the “Company Check” Feature: 

  • Navigate to the desired lead or account record.
  • In the specified views (Create, Edit, or Record Details), locate and

Click the “Company Check” button. 

Data Verification Process:

  • Clicking the "Company Check" button will trigger a popup window.
  • In the popup window, input the company name and click the search icon/button.
  • A list of company details will be displayed as search results. Select the relevant company from the list.
  • Upon selecting the company from the search, The related data will seamlessly populate into the associated fields within the record, simplifying data entry and verification.

Field Mapping:

  • After verifying the displayed data, proceed by clicking the mapping fields section.
  • The extension auto-maps fields for efficient data population. Additionally, it allows manual mapping as per your requirements.

Data Submission:

Once mapping is completed, clicking the “Submit” button will populate the verified data into the mapped fields
