This guide walks you through syncing your CRM data (Leads, Contacts, or Custom Modules) with Zoho Campaigns — helping you keep DVLA-related data up to date and compliant with GDPR.
Step-by-Step: How to Set Up DVLA Sync with Zoho CR
1. Start the Sync Setup

- Go to Contacts > Sync Services in Zoho Campaigns.
- Click Create Sync under Zoho CRM.
- Choose the module you want to sync: Leads, Contacts, or Custom Modules.
2. Configure Mailing List and Subscription
- Select the mailing list or topic you want to sync with.
- Choose the Subscription Type
- Marketing – for users who’ve opted in to marketing emails.
- Non-Marketing – for users not receiving marketing emails.

3. Set GDPR & Consent Preferences
- Enable GDPR-compliant email marketing (if applicable).
- Toggle on Update Consent Status to map consent from Zoho CRM to Campaigns.
- You may also enable:

- After creating the sync, go to Contacts > Sync Services, click your sync, then Map Fields.

Viewing Sync Details & History
- View sync status from Contacts > Sync Services > Active Syncs.
- Click on your sync to:
- Edit settings or mappings
- Pause or resume the sync
- Check Sync History to see:
- Total contacts added or updated
- Skipped contacts (duplicates or ignored due to errors)
