Can Odoo quote different run lengths?
Yes. Pricelist rules can set prices by minimum quantity, and quotes are built on BoM costs and work centre rates, so you can offer 5k, 10k and 50k prices consistently. We tailor the estimate structure to your process.
How does Odoo control customer artwork?
Customers sign off quotes online, and Odoo PLM manages artwork and specification changes through engineering change orders with approval stages and version history. Production always runs from the approved version.
Does Odoo file Plastic Packaging Tax returns?
No, Odoo has no built-in PPT return. It holds the data you need, such as component weights, recycled content by lot and production quantities, and we configure a report that feeds your quarterly return.
Can Odoo help with packaging EPR reporting?
Odoo stores packaging weights and attributes against products and records what was sold and delivered. We configure an export to support the six-monthly data submission, but the submission itself is made through the government service.
Will Odoo support our BRCGS audit?
Lot tracking gives upstream and downstream traceability from raw material to customer, and quality control points record checks during production. That makes the annual trace test far quicker.
How does Odoo handle scrap and yield?
Operators record scrap against the manufacturing order and by-products such as regrind return to stock. Cost analysis then compares expected and actual consumption per job.
How much does Odoo cost in the UK?
Odoo licences are priced per user. At October 2026, Odoo's UK list prices on annual billing are £22 per user per month for Standard and £41 for Custom (which adds Odoo.sh or on-premise hosting, Studio and multi-company), with a first-year discount to £18 and £32. One App Free covers a single app with unlimited users. Implementation is scoped separately after a free process review, so you know the full cost before you commit.
