Does this sound like you?
When Zoho admin becomes everyone's side job
Choose the situations you recognise. They usually mean the system is running without an owner, which is fixable without hiring a full-time admin.
Small changes sit in a queue for weeks
Root cause: Admin is a part-time task for someone with a day job, so system requests always lose to urgent work.
Cost if ignored: Teams lose faith in the system and build workarounds outside it.
Our Zoho expert left and took the know-how
Root cause: Configuration was never documented, and nobody else was trained to maintain or change it safely.
Cost if ignored: Every change becomes a guess, and errors creep into live data.
A quick fix broke something else last month
Root cause: Changes are made directly in the live system without testing or a record of what was changed.
Cost if ignored: Disrupted sales or service, and hours spent working out what went wrong.
We never use the new features Zoho releases
Root cause: Nobody has time to read release notes and judge which updates matter to your business.
Cost if ignored: You keep paying for product improvements that never reach your team.
New starters wait days for the right access
Root cause: User setup is ad hoc, with no standard profiles, roles or checklist for joiners and leavers.
Cost if ignored: Lost productivity at the start, and security gaps when people leave.
We are not sure who to call when Zoho misbehaves
Root cause: There is no agreed route for raising issues, so problems bounce between colleagues and Zoho’s general helpdesk.
Cost if ignored: Longer disruption and frustrated staff at exactly the wrong moment for the business.

These all point to the same gap: an owner. That is what our support service provides.
How support works
Onboard once, then improve every month
We begin by understanding your setup, not by waiting for the first ticket. After that, requests are logged, prioritised, tested and recorded, with a regular review to plan improvements.
01Onboard
Learn your system before it breaks.
What we do
We review your Zoho apps, customisations, integrations and users, then document what we find. This gives our team a baseline so the first request is handled with context, not guesswork.
You receive
- Configuration baseline document
- Known-issues list
- Agreed priorities and contacts
“Which part of the system would hurt most if it stopped working tomorrow?”
02Raise and triage
One route in, clear priorities.
What we do
Your team raises requests through one channel. We confirm the priority with you, assign a certified consultant and keep you updated, so urgent issues are never stuck behind routine changes.
You receive
- Single request channel
- Agreed priority definitions
- Named consultant per request
“What counts as urgent for your business, and who decides?”
03Test and release
No untested changes in live.
What we do
We make changes in a sandbox where the app supports it, test them, and release at an agreed time. Each change is logged with the reason, the person who approved it and what was affected.
You receive
- Tested changes
- Change log
- Release notes for your users
“Who needs to approve changes that affect how customers are contacted?”
04Review and plan
Look ahead, not just back.
What we do
At regular reviews we go through request trends, recent Zoho releases and system health. We recommend improvements and features worth adopting, and you choose what goes into the next period.
You receive
- Request and trend summary
- Zoho release review
- Prioritised improvement list
“What has changed in your business since we last reviewed the system?”
What changes
From fire-fighting to a system that keeps improving
Requests
Chased by email and forgotten
Logged, prioritised and tracked to completion
Changes
Made straight into live and hoped for the best
Tested first, released at an agreed time
Knowledge
Held in one person’s head
Documented and shared across a certified team
Releases
New Zoho features ignored
Reviewed regularly and adopted where they help
Users
Joiners wait, leavers keep access
Standard profiles and a joiner and leaver routine

Honest fit
Is managed Zoho support right for you?
This is right for you if
- Zoho runs important parts of your business, but you have no full-time administrator.
- You want changes tested and recorded rather than made directly in live.
- You would like a certified team, not a single contractor, behind your system.
- You want someone watching Zoho releases on your behalf.
It is probably not right if
- Your Zoho account needs a deep clean before support makes sense. Start with a Zoho optimisation.
- You have not implemented Zoho yet. Our Zoho implementation service is the right first step.
- You only need help with licences or billing. Zoho's own customer support handles those directly.

FAQs
Questions buyers ask us
How is this different from Zoho's own support?
Zoho’s support covers the platform itself: product faults, licences and billing. Our service covers your configuration: the workflows, layouts, reports, integrations and custom code built for your business. We know your setup, make changes for you and liaise with Zoho when an issue sits on their side.
Which Zoho apps do you support?
We support the apps most UK businesses rely on, including Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, Campaigns, Analytics, Creator, Flow, People and Recruit, plus the integrations between them and any custom code. Our team holds Zoho certifications across CRM administration, Desk, Creator, People and Recruit.
Can you support a Zoho system another partner built?
Yes. We start with an onboarding review that documents your current configuration, customisations and integrations. If we find risks or issues during that review, we tell you plainly and agree with you whether to fix them first or as part of ongoing support.
How are urgent issues handled?
We agree priority definitions with you during onboarding, so both sides know what counts as urgent. Urgent issues are picked up ahead of routine changes and you are kept informed until they are resolved. Response targets are set out in your support agreement.
Do you test changes before putting them live?
Yes. Where the app supports it, such as Zoho CRM’s sandbox, we build and test changes in an isolated environment, then deploy to production. Every change is recorded with the reason and approval, so you always have an audit trail.
Will you help us use new Zoho features?
Yes. Zoho updates its apps frequently. As part of support, we review recent releases, explain which updates are relevant to your business and recommend whether to adopt them. You decide what goes into the next period of work, so the system keeps pace with the business.
