Where should we start with AI?
Start with one task that is frequent, rule-based and measurable, such as triaging enquiries, keying data from documents or assembling a weekly report. We run a short scoping exercise to compare candidates on value, risk and data readiness, then recommend a single pilot. Starting small gives you real evidence before any larger commitment.
Is our data safe if we use AI?
It depends on the design, which is why we settle it early. We control which data the system can read, where it is processed and who sees the output. The ICO expects a data protection impact assessment for higher-risk processing of personal data, and we support you through it. Zoho describes its own Zia as private AI that does not expose your data to external vendors’ models.
Will AI make decisions about our customers automatically?
Only where you decide it should, and only within limits. UK GDPR has specific rules on decisions made solely by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects on people, and those rules were amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. We design approval steps so a person reviews decisions that matter, and we log what the system did.
Do we need Zoho or Odoo to work with you?
No, but most of our clients use one of them, and that is where our depth lies. We also connect to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, accounting systems and most platforms with a documented API. If a core system has no API, we will tell you early, because it limits what any AI or custom tool can do.
How long does a first project take?
It depends on scope and data readiness, so we do not quote a standard timeline. A focused pilot is deliberately small: one process, one team and clear success measures. The Scope phase ends with a written plan, fixed milestones and a cost, so you know the timeline before you commit to the build.
Can you support it after go-live?
Yes. AI behaviour, vendor features and your own processes all change over time, so we treat go-live as the start of the Evolve phase. We monitor accuracy and usage, tune rules and prompts, apply platform updates and agree the next priority with you at regular reviews.
