Most Zoho implementation guides are written for the US market. UK firms need VAT handled correctly, Making Tax Digital submissions from Zoho Books, UK address formats, GBP pricing, and personal data stored and processed in line with UK GDPR.
We configure Zoho in the EU data centre by default, set up VAT schemes and MTD in Zoho Books, and use our own extensions to verify companies against Companies House, find UK addresses by postcode and run Creditsafe credit checks from inside Zoho CRM.
