Odoo support
Odoo support that fixes today's issue and prevents the next one
After go-live, Odoo becomes part of how you trade every day. When something breaks or needs changing, you need people who already know your database. Our support team handles issues, small changes and custom code, and keeps your system healthy between upgrades.

Support gaps
Does your Odoo support feel like this?
Tap any that ring true. These gaps usually appear months after go-live, once the project team has moved on to something else.
Issues wait days before anyone responds
Root cause: There is no agreed support arrangement, so requests compete with your previous partner’s new projects for attention.
Cost if ignored: Orders, invoices or shipments stall while the business waits for an answer.
Odoo fixes standard bugs but not our custom code
Root cause: Odoo’s own support covers standard features, while custom modules built by a partner need someone else to maintain them.
Cost if ignored: Faults in custom code have no owner, and every fix becomes a negotiation.
We explain our setup from scratch every time
Root cause: Support comes from whoever is free, with no shared record of your configuration, customisations and past issues.
Cost if ignored: Slow diagnosis, repeated questions and fixes that undo earlier changes.
Small change requests never get done
Root cause: Minor improvements fall between support and projects, so they wait for a budget conversation nobody starts.
Cost if ignored: Users invent workarounds, and Odoo slowly stops fitting the business.
Upgrades keep getting postponed
Root cause: Nobody is watching your version’s support dates or keeping custom modules ready for the next release.
Cost if ignored: A routine upgrade turns into an urgent, expensive project later.
We only hear about problems from customers
Root cause: Integrations, scheduled actions and email flows are not monitored, so failures go unnoticed until someone complains.
Cost if ignored: Damaged customer trust, and data that has to be repaired by hand.

Support should be calm and predictable. We will show you the gaps worth closing first.
How support works
Responsive when it breaks, proactive in between
Our support follows the Evolve stage of SCALE. We learn your database first, then run a ticketed service with agreed priorities, response times and regular reviews of what could be improved.
01Onboard your system
Learn your database before you need us.
What we do
We review your Odoo version, apps, custom modules, integrations and hosting, and document how your key processes work. If another partner built it, we flag risks we find during this review straight away.
You receive
- System overview document
- Custom module and integration register
- Initial risk list
“Which process would cost you most if it stopped for a day?”
02Agree priorities
Define what urgent means for you.
What we do
We agree priority levels with you, from business-stopping faults to minor requests, and the response times for each. You also choose who can raise tickets and how they reach us.
You receive
- Priority definitions
- Agreed response times
- Escalation contacts
“What would your operations director call an emergency?”
03Resolve and improve
Fix issues and handle small changes.
What we do
Tickets are logged, triaged and worked by a team that knows your system. Fixes and configuration changes are tested in a non-production copy where possible, and bugs in standard Odoo are raised with Odoo on your behalf.
You receive
- Ticketed support with full history
- Tested fixes and small changes
- Liaison with Odoo for standard bugs
“Which recurring request should become an automation instead of a ticket?”
04Review regularly
Look ahead, not just back.
What we do
We review ticket trends with you, highlight recurring issues worth fixing at the root, and keep an eye on your version’s support dates so upgrades are planned well before they become urgent.
You receive
- Regular service review
- Improvement suggestions
- Upgrade timing advice
“What is the one thing users complain about that never reaches a ticket?”

What support covers
Inside our Odoo support service
Support plans are shaped around your system, your users and your custom code. These are the services they typically include.
Issue resolution
Faults in configuration, workflows, reports and integrations investigated and fixed by a team with a full history of your tickets.
Custom module care
Bug fixes and small changes to custom modules, which Odoo's own support does not cover unless they are under its paid maintenance arrangement.
Odoo liaison
Suspected bugs in standard Odoo reproduced and raised with Odoo for you, then tracked until a fix reaches your database.
Small changes
New fields, report tweaks, automation rules, price lists and access rights changed safely, without starting a new project each time.
User help and training
How-to guidance for users and short training sessions for new starters, so knowledge does not leave when people do.
Upgrade readiness
Your version's support dates tracked and custom code kept ready, so moving to the next Odoo release is planned rather than rushed.
Honest fit
Is an Odoo support plan right for you?
This is right for you if
- Odoo runs core processes such as sales, stock or finance
- You have custom modules or integrations that need an owner
- You lack an in-house Odoo developer or administrator
- You want issues resolved quickly by people who know your system
It is probably not right if
- You use only standard apps with very few users: Odoo's own Enterprise support may be enough
- You need a large new feature or app rolled out: that is better run as a project
- Your system needs a deep clean before support makes sense: start with an optimisation health check

FAQs
Questions buyers ask us
We already pay for Odoo Enterprise. Why do we need partner support?
Odoo Enterprise includes support from Odoo for bugs in standard features, and upgrade requests for your database. It does not cover custom modules unless they are under Odoo’s paid maintenance arrangement, nor configuration changes, training or integration issues. That is the gap a partner support plan fills, alongside Odoo’s own support.
Can you support an Odoo system another partner built?
Yes. We start with an onboarding review of your version, apps, custom modules and integrations, so we understand the system before the first urgent ticket. If we find risks in the existing build, we tell you plainly and suggest how to deal with them.
What response times do you offer?
Response times are agreed per priority level when we set up your plan, so a business-stopping fault is treated very differently from a minor request. We define the priority levels with you, because what counts as urgent varies between a warehouse, a finance team and a service desk.
Do you support Odoo Online, Odoo.sh and on-premise?
Yes. The service is similar across all three, but the details differ. Odoo Online runs standard apps only, so support focuses on configuration and users. Odoo.sh and on-premise systems often include custom modules and integrations, which we maintain as part of the plan.
Are small changes included or charged separately?
Plans are shaped around your needs. Many include a set allowance for small changes such as report tweaks, fields or automation rules alongside issue resolution. Larger pieces of work are scoped separately so you always know what you are committing to before it starts.
Will you tell us when we need to upgrade?
Yes. Odoo provides standard support for each major version for three years, and we track where your version sits in that cycle. We flag upcoming end dates early and keep custom modules in good shape, so an upgrade can be planned at a time that suits the business.
