US sales tax is where many ERP projects go wrong. After the Wayfair ruling, a business can have economic nexus in states where it has no physical presence, and rates change by state, county and city. We set up Odoo fiscal positions and taxes for the states where you are registered, and for businesses selling nationally we connect an automated tax engine such as Avalara AvaTax so the right rate is applied on each order and invoice.
On payments, we configure bank reconciliation, check printing and ACH vendor payments using batch payment files where your bank supports them, plus card and ACH collection through supported payment providers. Multi-entity groups get intercompany rules and consolidated reporting.
For hosting, Odoo Online runs in Odoo's Americas region, Odoo.sh lets you choose a hosting location, and on-premise remains an option if your policy requires it. We help you pick based on customization needs and compliance, including CCPA/CPRA obligations for California customer data.

Time zones and delivery
An Odoo consultant team that works around the US day
We deliver remotely from our UK headquarters and our in-house delivery center in Coimbatore, India. The India team overlaps the US East Coast morning and the UK team overlaps East Coast late morning and early afternoon, so workshops, sprint reviews and support calls fit inside your working day. Central and Pacific clients get morning slots by arrangement.
Development continues while you are offline, so feedback from an afternoon review is often ready to test the next morning. You have one named consultant and one project manager throughout, with on-site workshops arranged for kickoff or training where they add value.
