What is an Odoo health check?
It is a structured review of your Odoo database and how your team uses it. We check configuration, apps, custom code, automations and reporting, and observe real tasks in each department. You receive a written report with findings, causes and a prioritised list of improvements, whether or not you ask us to deliver them.
Can you optimise an Odoo system another partner implemented?
Yes. Many optimisation projects start with a database someone else configured. We review it without assumptions, explain what we find in plain terms, and recommend changes that respect what already works. We will be honest if something is fundamentally wrong rather than patching over it.
How long does an optimisation project take?
The health check itself is short, typically a matter of weeks rather than months, depending on how many apps and teams are involved. Improvement sprints then run for as long as the prioritised backlog justifies. You can stop after any sprint, because each one delivers working changes on its own.
Can Odoo match bank transactions automatically?
Odoo uses reconciliation models to suggest or automate how bank transactions are matched, and bank synchronisation can import transactions from supported banks for Enterprise subscribers. Setting these up properly is often one of the quickest wins we find for finance teams.
Can Odoo read supplier bills for us?
Yes. Odoo’s bill digitisation uses OCR and AI to read uploaded or emailed bills and fill in the vendor, dates, lines, taxes and totals. It runs as an in-app purchase service, using one credit per document. Your team then reviews and confirms each bill rather than typing it in.
Will optimisation make our next upgrade harder?
It should make it easier. We favour standard features and remove custom code that Odoo now covers, so there is less to update at each new version. Any custom work we keep is documented, so the next upgrade assessment starts from a clear picture.
