Zoho sells more than 60 apps but does not publish a popularity ranking. It does publish customer counts on its product pages. We gathered every figure, dated it and set it in context, so you can see where Zoho adoption is concentrated and which apps businesses usually start with.

Which Zoho apps have the most customers?
Every figure Zoho publishes for its main business apps, with the measure and the year.
Zoho states a customer or user number on the home page of most of its major products. Collected together, they show a clear pattern: adoption is concentrated in customer-facing apps. CRM and Desk together account for the two largest business counts, followed by the all-in-one Zoho One bundle, HR (People) and the Creator low-code platform.

Methodology
How to read these numbers (and why this is not a ranking)
No vendor publishes a ranked list of its own apps. Here is how we built this view, and its limits.
We use Zoho's published customer counts as a proxy for adoption. That is the best public evidence available, but it is not the same as a ranking, for four reasons:
- Different measures. Some figures count businesses, others users or projects. Workplace's 16 million users cannot be compared directly with CRM's 300,000 businesses.
- Different dates. The Workplace figure dates from 2022. The others are live 2026 product pages.
- Overlap. Zoho does not say whether a Zoho One customer using CRM is also counted in the CRM figure.
- Rounded marketing figures. “300K+” is a floor, not an exact count, and Zoho updates pages at different times. The French CRM page still says 250,000+.
For these reasons, we describe CRM, Desk, Zoho One, People and Creator as the most widely adopted by published counts, and avoid stating any order as Zoho's own.

How big is Zoho in 2026?
Company-wide totals give the product counts their context.
In February 2026, Zoho Corporation announced that it had passed 1 million paying customers and 150 million users, with 32% customer growth and 20% revenue growth in 2025. It employs about 19,000 people in more than 90 offices across 28 countries. Two and a half years earlier, in September 2023, it reported 100 million users and more than 700,000 customers.

Zoho One has grown in step. It reached 50,000 organisations at its fifth birthday in October 2022, when nearly half of its customers used 20 or more Zoho apps. By 2026, Zoho states 80,000+ businesses. For many companies, the journey is the same: start with one app, usually CRM, then consolidate onto the suite. Learn more about Zoho One in the UK.

Which Zoho app has the biggest ecosystem?
Marketplace extensions show where businesses need to connect and extend Zoho.
Zoho Marketplace launched in 2016 for CRM and SalesIQ. By 2023 it listed more than 1,800 extensions with over 1 million installs, and Zoho CRM had the most extensions of any product. Today the Marketplace home page advertises 2,000+ ready-to-use extensions. Typical Zoho starter stacks by business type
Which apps businesses usually implement first. This is Thoughtlogik's practitioner guidance from Zoho projects, not Zoho data.
Most businesses do not start with 50 apps. They start with the two or three that fix their biggest problem, then add more once those are working. From our experience, Zoho fits best in financial services, telecoms, field service, software and SaaS, professional services and property. The table shows where those projects usually begin.

No. Zoho publishes customer or user counts on individual product pages, but no ranked list. Those figures use different measures and dates, so this page uses them as an adoption proxy and labels each one with its source and year rather than presenting an official order.
Is Zoho Payroll available in the UK?
No. Zoho's own payroll site lists other countries, but not the UK. UK businesses typically pair Zoho People for HR and Zoho Books for finance with an existing HMRC-recognised payroll provider, posting payroll journals into Books. See our Zoho People implementation page for how that works.
