Retainer hours are reserved for you, invoiced monthly in advance and do not roll over. Extra hours are charged at your tier rate, subject to availability. Rolling agreement with two months' written notice. Hour packs are prepaid and valid for 12 months. Partner-only pricing: we reserve the right to decline end-client enquiries.
Our rates are set in GBP. Prices in EUR, USD and CAD are converted at recent exchange rates and rounded, and your rate is confirmed in your currency on your contract.

Questions partners ask us
Who is this service for?
Only Odoo partners, consultancies, agencies and software vendors who deliver work to their own clients. If you're a business looking to implement Odoo for yourself, our implementation services are the right fit.
Is this a contract or an employment arrangement?
A B2B contract. Our people stay employed by Thoughtlogik, so you carry no recruitment, payroll or employment obligations. You direct the work, we manage the people.
Will our clients know you are involved?
Not unless you want them to. We work under your brand and in your channels, under a mutual NDA and non-solicitation agreement. We never contact or sell to your clients.
Who owns the code and deliverables?
You do. All code, configuration and documentation we produce for you belongs to you once invoices are paid.
What is the difference between a retainer and an hour pack?
A retainer reserves dedicated capacity every month at our lowest partner rates. Hour packs are one-off prepaid blocks of 40, 80 or 100 hours with no monthly commitment, valid for 12 months, at a higher hourly rate.
What happens to unused retainer hours?
Retainer capacity is reserved exclusively for you, so committed hours are invoiced each month and expire at the end of the billing month. Hour packs are different: they stay valid for 12 months.
Can we scale up or down?
Yes. Additional hours and extra developers, testers, analysts or project managers are available subject to availability. The retainer is a rolling agreement with two months' written notice.
How do you manage quality and security?
Senior consultants provide technical oversight and code reviews, our testers are ISTQB certified, and we are ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials certified. We work in your environments with the access you grant.
Which currency do you invoice in for the UK?
We invoice UK partners in GBP. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and hour packs are paid upfront.
