1. Access Organisation Profile Settings

- Log in to your Zoho Books account.
- Click on the gear icon (⚙️ Settings) in the top right corner.
- Select Profile under the Organisation section.
2. Create Departments
- Segment by team, product, or region
- Set up unique workflows, automations, and channels for each department
