How to configure Gmail via POP3

1. In Zoho Recruit, go to Setup > General > Email Settings > Configure and click Get Started.
2. Choose Gmail from the list of email providers, then select POP3.
3. Enter your name and Gmail address, and click Continue.
4. If 2-Step Verification is enabled on your Google account, generate an app-specific password from Google’s App Passwords settings and use it instead of your normal password.
5. Review the incoming and outgoing server details under Server Details, and set your preferred date range under Email Sync Settings.
6. Set your Email Sharing Permissions, then click Save.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your Gmail account has finished syncing with Zoho Recruit.
