How to Reorder Apps in Zoho Connect for a Customized Workspace

The Zoho Connect left menu lists the apps and modules enabled for your network, such as Feeds, Tasks, Forums, Files and Groups. You can reorder this menu to match your own workflow, and the change only affects your own view.

How to reorder apps in the left menu

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the left menu and click More.
  2. Select Preferences from the dropdown.
  1. Drag and drop the apps into your preferred order.
  2. Click Save to apply the new layout.

Reordering on mobile

The mobile app supports reordering too: open the menu settings, drag modules to reorder them, and save your changes for a consistent layout across devices.

Things to know

  • Only apps your admin has enabled appear in the menu.
  • On the web, the Feeds module’s position is fixed. On mobile, Feeds, Notifications and More cannot be rearranged.
  • Reordering is available on all Zoho Connect plans and only changes your own view.
