Navigating the Zoho MA Interface

The Zoho Marketing Automation interface brings campaigns, contacts, journeys and reporting together in one dashboard. This article gives a quick tour so you can find your way around.

Accessing Zoho Marketing Automation

1. Go to the Zoho Marketing Automation login page.
2. Click Login in the top-right corner and sign in with your Zoho credentials.

If you are already signed into another Zoho application, you can usually switch to Marketing Automation directly from the Zoho app switcher.

The main dashboard

After logging in, you land on the dashboard, which gives a snapshot of your marketing activity, including lead statistics such as total leads, newly added leads and conversions.

Getting around

• Navigation menu: use the main menu to move between modules such as Contacts, Campaigns, Journeys and Reports.
• Quick-add option: a plus icon near the top lets you quickly create a new lead, campaign, journey or signup form.
• Search: use the search bar to find leads, campaigns or modules without navigating through menus.
• Profile and settings: click your profile picture to manage account settings, switch organisations, check subscription and billing, or sign out.

Tips for efficient navigation

• Pin the modules you use most often for quicker access.
• Use the Help Centre icon for contextual guidance when you are unsure where a setting lives.
