Forms themselves keep working after you upgrade from Zoho Creator 5 to Creator 6, but some of the settings around them move to a new location. This guide covers what changes for forms specifically.

What changes for forms

The clearest change is where form email data is managed. In Creator 5, this sat inside the form builder, under Form Properties and its Email Data section. In Creator 6, it moves to a centralised area:

1. Go to the Zoho Creator home page.
2. Select Operations in the left navigation bar.
3. Select Form Email Data.

This reflects a wider pattern in Creator 6, where administrative settings that used to sit inside individual forms move into centralised modules such as Operations, rather than the form behaviour itself changing.
