User Preferences in Zoho Inventory

User preferences in Zoho Inventory let you tailor how the system behaves for your organisation, from which modules appear to how discounts and stock are tracked.

What you can configure

• Modules: choose which modules appear in the left sidebar.
• Transaction settings: how discounts apply (per item, per transaction, or not at all), whether tax is inclusive, exclusive or mixed, additional charges such as shipping, and whether to track a salesperson on transactions.
• Profit margin: show estimated cost price and gross profit margin on each line item in sales transactions.
• Stock tracking: choose Physical Stock, based on purchase receives and shipments, or Accounting Stock, based on bills and invoices.
• Address and branding: customise address formats on PDFs, upload a logo, choose a theme, and manage Zoho branding on your documents.
• Multi-currency: on eligible plans, create transactions with customers and vendors in different currencies.
