Zoho Inventory Subscription Plans: An Overview

Zoho Inventory is available on a free plan and several paid subscription tiers: Standard, Professional, Premium and Enterprise. Each tier unlocks more warehouses, users and features than the last, so it’s worth checking which plan matches your business as it grows.

How to view your current plan

Click your profile icon in the top right to see your current plan in the sidebar, or go to Settings > Organization Settings > Manage Subscription for your plan name, subscription date, usage cycle and usage statistics.

How to change your plan

From Manage Subscription, click Change Plan to choose a new tier, pick monthly or yearly billing, and add any add-ons before completing payment by card or PayPal. To move to a lower tier, select Downgrade next to the plan you want and confirm. You can also move to the free plan at any time; your data stays accessible but functionality becomes limited.
