How to Stay Organized Using My Schedule in Zoho Connect

Zoho Connect My Schedule gives each user a personal view of their day, showing only the tasks, events and town hall sessions relevant to them. This guide covers the available views and setting up daily notifications.

What My Schedule shows

My Schedule pulls together items assigned to you or that you’re invited to, so you don’t need to check separate task lists, calendars and town hall invites.

Schedule views

• List View: all scheduled items for a chosen day in a simple list.
• Day View: your day organised by time, including start times for events and town halls.
• Week View: the full week laid out by day and time.

How to set up My Schedule notifications

1. Click My Schedule from the menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Click the ellipsis (…) in the top right corner of the page and select My Schedule Preferences.
