Personalize app

Personalising an app in Zoho One lets you change how an added app appears to your team, such as its logo or display name, so it’s easier to recognise from the One Launcher.

How to change an app’s logo

1. Sign in to Zoho One and open the Admin Panel.
2. Go to Directory > Applications and select the app.
3. Click the pencil icon under the logo.
4. Choose a pre-designed logo with a colour, or upload your own (256 x 256 pixels recommended).
5. Click Save.

How to change an app’s display name

6. From Directory > Applications, select the app and click Edit.
7. Change the name and click Update.

Note that the logo and display name of Zoho’s own apps cannot be changed. Personalisation applies to Marketplace and other non-Zoho apps you’ve added.
