Can I access WorkDrive files without an internet connection?

Yes. The desktop sync client keeps a local copy of your Team Folders so you can keep working offline, then syncs your changes once you’re back online.

Who can see files in a Team Folder?

Only members added to that Team Folder, with the role (admin, editor, commenter or viewer) they’ve been given at the folder or sub folder level.

Can external clients or partners access WorkDrive?

Yes. You can invite them as external collaborators to specific folders or files, or share a link, without giving them a full internal user licence.
