Introduction

Pages are the foundation of your website, each offering a distinct way to inform or engage your audience. Zoho Sites makes managing pages intuitive with options to add, edit, reorder, hide, and enhance them with SEO and layout settings. Whether you’re working on a single landing page or a multi-page website, Zoho Sites gives you the flexibility to organize your content effectively.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Enable Opportunity Creation
  • Go to Appointments › Dashboard.
  • Click New to create a new appointment type, or select an existing one and choose Action › Edit.
  • In the Options tab, tick Create Opportunities.
This links the appointment booking to your Odoo CRM pipeline.
  1. Add Custom Questions (Optional but Recommended)
  • Open the Questions tab on the appointment form.
  • Click Add a line, enter a question, and select the answer type.
  • Mark it Mandatory if needed.

Why add questions? They give your sales team context before the meeting and valuable insights for follow-ups.

Example:
A furniture retailer asks, “Which room are you furnishing?” so sales reps can prepare product suggestions before a 30-minute design consultation.

  1. View the New Opportunity
  • Go to the CRM app.
  • Remove any filters in the search bar to see all opportunities.
  • Click the Kanban card of the new opportunity.

Inside the record, you’ll find:

  • Customer contact details pulled from the booking.
  • Answers from the appointment questions in the Internal Notes tab.
  • The scheduled appointment logged in the Chatter, where you can edit or update it.

Note:

  • For resource-based appointments, the user who created the appointment type becomes the Salesperson.
  • For user-based appointments, the Salesperson is the person the appointment is scheduled with.

Note: Zoho supports up to three levels of subpages with unlimited total pages.

9. Reorder Pages

Rearrange page order in your site’s navigation.

  • Go to Configuration > Menus.
  • Drag and drop pages in the desired sequence.
  • Click Save.

Tips

  • Qualify leads early: Add targeted questions to learn budget, preferences, or timeline.
  • Stay organized: Use CRM stages (e.g., New Lead, Qualified, Won) to track follow-ups.
  • Automate reminders: Combine with email or SMS notifications to reduce no-shows.
  • Integrate calendars: Sync Odoo Calendar to keep sales reps’ schedules up to date.
