Inventory adjustments

Each line shows details such as Location (if Storage Locations are enabled), Product, On Hand Quantity, Lot/Serial Number, UoM, Counted Quantity and Difference. Extra columns, such as Expiration Date or Storage Category, can be shown using the settings icon at the top right of the list.

How to create an adjustment

1. Click New to add a blank line, or use Update Quantity from a product’s Forecasted report.
2. Select the Product (and Lot/Serial Number if tracked), then enter the Counted Quantity.
3. Click away from the line to save it. The Difference column turns green if the count is higher than on hand, red if lower.
