Do I need eCommerce as well as Sales to use Gelato?

Gelato connects with both. Sales orders can trigger fulfilment, and Gelato products can also be sold through an eCommerce store.

Can I sell Gelato products alongside other products on the same order?

No. A sales order with Gelato products can only contain Gelato products.
