Odoo Sign lets you send documents for electronic signature and approval online, without printing or scanning paperwork. It suits any business that needs contracts, quotes or agreements signed by customers, suppliers or colleagues.

What Sign does

Any PDF can be uploaded and turned into a template with fields, such as signature, text or date fields, that can be pre-filled from data already in Odoo. Each field is linked to a role, so a document can be routed to different signers, in a set order if needed, with an optional extra authentication step such as SMS verification.
