Odoo project management brings together the settings and dashboards used to run a project day to day, from visibility and collaboration rules to tracking costs and revenue. It helps project managers keep a project on schedule and, for billable work, on budget.

Each project has its own settings for visibility (private, all internal users, or public with portal access), a top bar for quick access to related records, and a dashboard summarising its status. Billable projects also show a profitability report comparing costs and revenues linked to the project.
