3. In Studio, drag fields from the left-hand column onto the worksheet, and drag them again to reorder. Click a field to edit its properties.
4. Click Close to leave Studio once the template is finished.

How to add a template to a task

Open a field service task, select a Worksheet Template, and click Save. The Default Worksheet is used unless you set another one: hover over the Project field on the task form, click the internal link icon, then choose the Worksheet Template under Field service in the project’s Settings tab.

How to complete a worksheet on-site

Open the task and click the Worksheet smart button. Once saved, the button’s label changes to Worksheet Complete, even if some optional fields were left blank. Fields marked Required must be filled in before the worksheet can be saved.
