Campaign Templates

Odoo Marketing Automation includes ready-made campaign templates, so common scenarios can be set up quickly instead of building a workflow from scratch.

Available templates

Templates are grouped by use case, including Tag Hot Contacts and Commercial Prospection, Welcome Flow and Double Opt-in for marketing, Scheduled Calls and Prioritize Hot Leads for CRM, and Anniversary Discount, Purchase Follow-up and Create Repeat Customers for eCommerce.

Using a template

Open Marketing Automation and pick a template card (search for a non-existent campaign name first if templates aren’t shown), then click Create Campaign to adjust its target, filter and workflow as needed. See the Double Opt-in article in this section for a worked example.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find the campaign template cards?

Search for a campaign name that doesn’t exist in your database, such as “empty”; templates only show when there are no matching results.

Can I use a template as a starting point and still customise it?

Yes, a template pre-fills the target, filter and workflow, which you can then adjust, though changing its Target model can break the workflow.
