ePOS printers

1. Access POS settings
   1. Go to your Point-of-Sale
   2. Open the POS configuration you want to update.
2. Activate ePOS printer feature
   1. Enable the ePOS Printer option in the POS settings.
3. Set printer IP address
   1. Enter the ePOS IP address in the provided field.

Note: When an ePOS printer connects to a network, it automatically prints a ticket containing its IP address.

These models are fully compatible with Odoo using the EPOS SDK Javascript protocol:

ePOS printers requiring an IoT system

These printers are not directly compatible with Odoo ePOS and must be used via an IoT Box:

• Epson TM-T20 family (incompatible ePOS software)
• Epson TM-T88 family (incompatible ePOS software)
• Epson TM-U220 family (incompatible ePOS software)

Important Notes

• Epson printers with Wi-Fi/Ethernet using the EPOS SDK Javascript protocol are supported directly.
• Thermal printers using ESC/POS protocol are compatible only via IoT system.
• Epson printers with USB-only connections require an IoT system.
• Epson printers using Bluetooth connections are not compatible.
