Odoo Email Marketing makes it easy for any business to create, send, and track professional email campaigns. With its drag-and-drop editor, ready-made templates, and detailed reports, you can design stunning newsletters, promote products, and measure results all in one place.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Email Marketing App
  • From your Odoo dashboard, click Email Marketing.
  • The Mailings Dashboard opens in list view by default, showing all your campaigns.

Use the icons in the upper-right corner to switch between:

  • List View – See emails with columns like Date, Subject, Sent, Delivered (%), and Opened (%).
  • Kanban View – Drag and drop campaigns through stages: Draft, In Queue, Sending, and Sent.
  • Calendar View – Track mailings by day, week, or month.
  • Graph View – Analyze performance with bar, line, or pie charts.
  1. Create a New Email
  • Click New.
  • Add a Subject (required) and choose Recipients from mailing lists, contacts, or filters.
  • Design your email in the Mail Body tab using Odoo’s drag-and-drop blocks or start from a plain template.

In the Settings tab, you can:

  • Add Preview Text (shows next to the subject in inboxes).
