Introduction

The Organization Profile section lets you set up and manage your business’s key information — like your logo, address, contact details, fiscal settings, and more. Once configured, this data automatically appears on transactions such as quotes, invoices, and other documents.

  • Add and manage multiple organizations
  • Customize billing and company identity details

How to Set Up Your Organization Profile

Key Fields You’ll See:

 

  • Logo Upload
  • Upload your company’s logo that will appear on invoices, quotes, and other customer-facing documents.
  • Max size: 1 MB
  • Recommended dimensions: 240×240 px
  • Resolution: 72 DPI
  • Organization Name
  • Update your business name here if it has changed since the initial setup.
  • Industry
  • Choose the industry type that best represents your business.
  • Company Address
  • Enter your full business address, phone number, and website.
    Need to receive payments at a different address? Use the Remittance Address
  • Remittance Address
  • Enable this if your payment collection address is different from your primary address.

Primary Contact

  • The name and email entered during your first setup will be shown here.
    You can update or manage multiple sender emails via Configure Email Preferences.

Fiscal Year

  • Select the fiscal year that aligns with your regulatory or accounting practices.

Time Zone

  • By default, this is set during signup but can be updated to reflect your local time.

Date Format

  • Choose how you want dates to appear on your documents (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY).

Company ID

  • If applicable, enter your business’s jurisdiction-specific ID to display it on invoices.

Tax ID

  • Enter your company’s tax registration number to display it on billing documents.

Additional Fields

  • Add custom fields like:
  • Alternate Contact Number
  • Account Number
  • License Information
    These will appear on your invoices and help personalize them as per your requirements.
