The Zoho Bookings Classic theme is a customisable booking page style that lets you match your brand with your own colours, title, description and background image.

Who can use this

Super Admins and Admins can view and customise Booking Page Themes. Managers can only view them, and Staff have no access.

How to access the Classic theme

  1. Click Manage Business and go to Workspaces.
  1. You land on the Basic Information tab by default.
  2. Click Booking Page Themes.
  3. Select Classic Theme from the options.

Choosing a colour scheme

The Classic theme offers multiple colour options. Click a colour to preview how your booking page will look, then click anywhere on the preview section to view the updated design.

Customising the banner

The banner includes the title, description and background image shown on your booking page.

Setting a title

  1. Click the edit icon next to the Title field.
  2. Enter your title, up to 50 characters.
  3. Click Save.

You can hide the title from your booking page using the eye icon next to it.

Adding a description

  1. Click the edit icon next to the Description field.
  2. Enter your description, up to 2000 characters.
  3. Click Save.

Like the title, the description can also be hidden using the eye icon.

Uploading a background image

  1. Click the upload icon to select an image from your device.
  2. Once uploaded, hover over the image to edit or delete it.

The image should be 1000 by 300 pixels and no larger than 5MB. Not all colour options support a background image, and you can hide it at any time using the eye icon.

Tips for a great booking page

  • Keep the title short and clear so visitors know what to expect.
  • Use the description to give useful context or information.
  • Choose colours and images that reflect your brand.
  • Use a high quality, relevant background image.
