The Organisation tab in Zoho People is where employees stay informed about company news, policies and structure, all from one place.

What the Organisation tab does

To access it, go to Home > Organisation. It brings together services, announcements, policies, and the reporting structure so employees can see how they fit into the wider business.

What you can do

  1. Access My Zoho People Services: go to Home > Organisation > Overview > Services to quickly reach the services available to you and your organisation’s locations, plus any Quick Links your organisation has enabled.
  1. View Organisation Announcements: go to Home > Organisation > Announcements for company-wide updates. Add a comment or a like to interact with an announcement.
  1. View Policy Documents: go to Home > Organisation > Policies for workplace guidelines, anti-harassment policies, leave protocols and any compliance or government-mandated documents.
  1. View Employee Tree: go to Home > Organisation > Employee Tree to see a visual hierarchy of the organisation and understand reporting relationships.
  1. View Department Tree: go to Home > Organisation > Department Tree to explore departments, sub-departments and how they connect.
  1. View Department Directory: go to Home > Organisation > Department Directory to search and browse departments. Select one to see its employees, call them directly, or mark them as a favourite.
  1. View Birthday Folks & New Hires: go to Home > Organisation > Birthday Folks / New Hires to celebrate colleagues’ special days and welcome new joiners, send a wish or welcome note, call them, or mark them as a favourite.
  1. Calendar: go to Home > Organisation > Calendar to view your team or department’s leave and absence details (based on your permissions), which helps with planning and workload coordination.
