Portal Home

Portal Home is the landing dashboard in Zoho Projects, giving every user a single view of the work that matters to them across all their projects.

What Portal Home does

It combines widgets such as task and issue counts, overdue work, phases and timesheet summaries into one customisable screen, so you do not need to open each project separately to see what needs attention.

Using Portal Home

1. Click the Home tab in the left navigation panel to open Portal Home.
2. Review the default widgets, such as My Tasks, My Issues and My Overdue Work Items.
3. Click Add Widget to add a chart, KPI (Numbers) or Embed URL widget.
4. Use the widget options to filter, resize or view a widget in full screen.

Tips

Reorder widgets by dragging them into place, and export a dashboard to PDF when you need to share a snapshot with stakeholders who do not have portal access.
