Phase Custom Views in Zoho Projects let you tailor how phases are displayed, so you see only the columns, filters and sorting that matter for your role.

What Phase Custom Views do

Instead of using the default phase list, a custom view lets you choose which fields are shown, filter phases by criteria such as owner or status, and sort them in the order most useful to you.

How to create a Phase Custom View

1. Open your project and go to the Phases tab.
2. Switch to List View.
3. Use the column and filter options to choose which fields to show and how to filter the phases.
4. Save the resulting view so you can return to it later.

Tips

Use a custom view when you regularly need the same slice of phase data, such as all overdue phases owned by your team, rather than rebuilding filters each time.
