How to Create Profile in Commerce

Your organisation profile in Zoho Commerce controls the company details and branding that appear on invoices, emails and your storefront. This guide walks through setting it up for a UK business.

How to open your organisation profile

1. Log in to your Zoho Commerce account.
2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Profile under Organization.

Adding your company logo

1. Click to upload your organisation logo. A recommended size is 240 by 240 pixels, and the file must be under 1 MB in JPG, PNG, BMP or GIF format.

This logo appears on invoices, packing slips and email templates.

Filling in company details

1. Organisation Name: your official trading name.
2. Industry: choose from the list or enter your own.
3. Address and contact details: street, city, postcode, phone, email and website.

Setting regional preferences

1. Fiscal Year: select your financial year.
2. Time Zone: typically Europe/London for a UK business.
3. Date Format: the UK format, DD/MM/YYYY.

Adding custom fields

Use Add Additional Field to record extra details such as a company registration number or VAT number, with a label and a value, for example “VAT Number” and “GB123456789”.

Saving your profile

Click Save to apply your changes. These details are used consistently across your invoices, emails and other generated documents.
