Phase List View

Phase List View is the main screen for managing phases in Zoho Projects, showing every phase in a project as a sortable, filterable table.

What Phase List View shows

Phases are goal-based stages used to break a project down into parts that are easier to manage and track to completion. The List View lets you see all of a project’s phases together, with the fields that matter most to you.

How to open Phase List View

1. Go to Projects and select a project.
2. Click the Phases tab in the top navigation.

Working with phases in List View

• Track, sort and filter phases by criteria such as owner or status.
• Edit a phase, including inline edits to individual fields.
• Bulk update the owner or status of several phases at once.
• Customise which columns are shown.
• Export phase data, clone phases within or across projects, and reorder them by drag-and-drop.
• Move phases to a different project, or archive them to the recycle bin.
