Zoho Sites includes a built-in blog, so you can publish posts, organise them by topic and manage their SEO without a separate blogging platform. This guide covers managing Zoho Sites blog settings.

How to access blog settings

  1. Open the site menu and select Blog to open the blog management dashboard.

Blog Posts

Use Add Post to create a new entry with full formatting and image support. From the Blog Posts list you can create, edit, delete or publish posts, and add a cover image, URL and summary, or turn comments on or off for a post.

Categories

Categories group related posts by topic, for example Product Updates, Tips & Tricks or Customer Stories, and are assigned when you publish a post. They make it easier for visitors to browse your blog by subject.

Tags

Tags work like keywords attached to individual posts. They are clickable, so readers can filter to related content across different categories, for example marketing, CRM, automation or features.

Blog SEO

Set an SEO title and meta description for each post, and configure robots meta tags such as noindex, nofollow or noarchive where needed. Enable Sitemap XML so search engines can index your blog, and set the change frequency and priority for each post to guide crawling.

Use a unique SEO title and description for every post rather than reusing the same text, as this helps each post rank on its own terms.
