The Zoho Bookings Modern Web theme gives your booking page a clean, contemporary look with colour palettes and branding options, for businesses that want their booking page to match their website.

Who can customise it

Super Admins and Admins can view and customise booking page themes. Managers can only view them, and Staff have no access.

How to access the Modern Web theme

  1. Click the Manage Business icon in the top right menu bar.
  2. Select Workspaces.
  1. Choose your workspace.
  2. Under the Basic Information tab, click Booking Page Themes.
  3. Select Modern Web Theme from the list.

Choosing a colour

Browse the preset colour options and click one to preview your booking page in real time. The live preview updates instantly as you change colours.

Using the custom colour palette

The custom colour palette is exclusive to the Modern Web theme and gives more precise control than the preset options. Click the last tile under Color Options to open it.

From there you can adjust colours using sliders or enter a hex code directly, for:

  • Background colour: the canvas behind the booking page elements.
  • Text colour: business text, excluding button text.
  • Button colour: the appointment booking button and control icons.
  • Button text colour: the text inside the booking button.

Banner customisation

You can also edit the banner title and description, each with a visibility toggle, upload a background image at 1440 by 798 pixels and adjust its transparency, and customise the appointment booking button’s text. Each element can be edited or removed as needed.
