Home – Overview

The Zoho Projects Home overview brings together everything relevant to you as soon as you sign in, using a personal dashboard and, on higher plans, a portfolio dashboard.

What the Home overview shows

The personal dashboard displays widgets such as your tasks, your issues, overdue work items, phases you own, and items due today, along with timesheet and event information. The portfolio dashboard, available on Enterprise plans, adds cross-project counters for projects, tasks, issues and clients, plus a project timeline.

Managing your dashboard

1. Go to the Home tab in the left navigation panel.
2. Use the dashboard switcher to move between your personal and portfolio dashboards (where available).
3. Click Add Widget to add a chart, KPI number or embedded URL widget.
4. Drag widgets to reorder them, or use each widget’s options to edit, clone, resize or delete it.

Sharing a dashboard

You can share a dashboard with colleagues at Full Access, Editor or Viewer level, export it to PDF, or create additional dashboards for different views of your work.

Who can see the portfolio dashboard?
