Default Theme – Workspaces

The Zoho Bookings Default theme is the standard layout for a workspace booking page, built to be personalised with your own colours, banner text and background image.

What the Default theme offers

• Colour options: choose a colour and preview how it looks on your booking page.
• Banner title: editable text up to 50 characters, which can be hidden if not needed.
• Banner description: editable text up to 2000 characters, which can also be hidden.
• Background image: an image of 1000 by 300 pixels, up to 5MB, though not every colour option supports a background image.

How to access and configure the Default theme

1. Click the Manage Business icon and go to Workspaces.
2. Select your workspace.
3. Click Booking Page Themes and choose Default.

From here you can pick a colour, edit the banner title and description using the edit icons, and upload a background image using the upload icon.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add a background image to the Default theme banner?

Yes, but only for certain colour options. The image must be 1000 by 300 pixels and up to 5MB.

Can I hide the banner title or description?

Yes, both the title and description can be hidden individually if you prefer a simpler banner.

Can I switch away from the Default theme later?

Yes, you can switch to the Modern Web or Classic theme at any time from Booking Page Themes in the workspace settings.
