Orders in Zoho Commerce

The Orders section in Zoho Commerce gives you a single view of every order placed in your store, covering payment, shipping and delivery. This guide covers finding and understanding orders.

How to sort your orders

  1. Click the Sort by icon and choose Order ID or Order Amount, in ascending or descending order.

How to control how many orders you see

  1. Use the Show dropdown to set how many orders appear on each page.

How to find a specific order

  1. Use the search box and enter the Order ID or the customer’s email address.

How to filter orders

  1. Click the Filter icon.
  1. Tick the filters you want, such as payment status or shipping status, and click Find to apply them.
  2. Click Clear Filter to start over, or Close Filter to close the panel.

Understanding the orders list

Each order in the list shows:

  • Order ID: a unique number with the order’s date and time.
  • Customer: the buyer’s name and email address.
  • Order Status: confirmed, pending or delivered.
  • Payment Status: paid, unpaid, refunded, partially paid or partially refunded.
  • Shipping Status: shipped, delivered or pending.
  • Amount: the order’s total value in your store’s base currency.

Tips

  • Use filters to quickly find priority orders, such as pending shipments.
  • Sort by amount to spot your highest value orders.
  • Search by email when a customer contacts you and you need their order quickly.

Frequently asked questions

Can I search for an order by customer email?

Yes. The search box accepts either the Order ID or the customer’s email address.

What does partially paid mean on an order?

It means only part of the order’s value has been paid so far, rather than the full amount.
