What’s the difference between an authored and a counterparty initiated contract?

An authored contract is one you create and send. A counterparty initiated contract starts with a document the other party sends you, which you then import and manage in Zoho Contracts.

Can I see what changed on a contract during negotiation?

Yes, Zoho Contracts keeps a revision history so you can see how a contract has changed as it moves through negotiation.
