What is the Compensation Service for Employees in Zoho People?

The Compensation service in Zoho People lets employees view their own salary information and download salary revision letters when their organisation publishes them.

What the Compensation service does

From the left navigation bar, employees can open the Compensation service to review personal salary details, including amounts, breakdowns and historical revisions, without needing to ask HR directly.

How employees use it

• Go to Compensation > My Data to view current salary information and past revisions.
• Select View Salary Revision Letter to open the Salary Revision tab, where you can see the status of any revisions, such as pending or processed.

Revision letters are only available once your organisation has formally published them following a salary revision.
