The blog in your Zoho Commerce store lets you publish articles to engage customers and support your content marketing. This guide covers writing and publishing a blog post.

How to write an article

  1. Go to the Blog section of your store.
  2. Click Create New Post to start a new article.
  3. Add a title, content and any media you want to include, and format the post using the editor’s formatting options.

How to publish an article

  1. Once the article is ready, click Publish.

A published article can be shared automatically to any social networks you have connected to your store.
