How to Manage Products in Zoho Commerce

Once products are added to your Zoho Commerce store, keeping them organised makes day-to-day management easier. This guide covers sorting, viewing, searching, filtering, editing and deleting products.

Sorting products

  1. Go to the Products module and click the Sort By icon.
  2. Choose to sort by Name or Last Modified Time.

Viewing products

  1. Click the View icon to switch between Grid View and List View.
  1. Use the Show dropdown to set how many products display per page.

Searching for products

  1. Use the search bar in the top right corner and type your keyword.
  2. Choose whether to search across all product fields, product name, or product SKU.

Deleting products

  • To delete one product, hover over it and click the delete icon.
  • To delete several, select them with the checkboxes and click the delete icon.
  • To delete all products, click the Select All checkbox at the top left and click the delete icon.

Products that have been part of a transaction cannot be deleted. Archive them instead, and find archived products later by clicking the Filter icon and choosing Archived Products.

Filtering products

  1. Click the Filter icon and filter by whether products are shown in the store, or by archived products.

Editing products

  1. Find the product you want to change, click its edit icon, make your changes and click Save.

Tips

  • Use Grid View to see product images at a glance, and List View for more detail in one place.
  • Archive products you may want to bring back, rather than deleting them.
  • Search by SKU when you need an exact match quickly.

Frequently asked questions

Can I delete a product that has already sold?

No. Products involved in a transaction cannot be deleted, but you can archive them instead.

How do I find archived products again?

Click the Filter icon and choose Archived Products.
