Anti-Spam Disclaimer in Email Notifications

By default, email notifications sent from Zoho Bookings include an anti-spam disclaimer in the footer to comply with email best practices.

Want to remove the disclaimer?

If you prefer sending notifications without the anti-spam footer (for example, for branding purposes), you can disable it:

How to Disable the Anti-Spam Disclaimer:

  1. Click the Settings icon in the Zoho Bookings menu bar.
  2. Go to General.

3.Select Privacy & Security from the left pane.

4.Under the General section, toggle off Anti-spam disclaimer in email notification.

Once disabled, email notifications will no longer include the default disclaimer content.

How to Delete Guest Email Addresses:

  1. Click the Settings icon in the menu bar.
  2. Select General.

  2. Under the Data Deletion section:
    • Enter the guest email addresses you wish to delete.
    • Click Delete to remove them from the system.
