How to setup a Zoho Bookings Account?

Access the login page of Zoho Bookings.
You need only one Zoho account to access all Zoho services. So if you already have an account with Zoho, proceed to sign in. If you do not have a Zoho account, you can click on Sign in with Google or other IDPs to sign in using Google, Office 365, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, or Yahoo. You can also sign up with a Zoho account by clicking Sign Up Now.

If you click on Sign in with Google or other IDPs, you will see the following screen. Click on the service name with which you want to login.

If you click on “Sign up”, you will see the following screen. Enter details and click Sign Up.

A confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address for email verification. Click Confirm Account.

Getting Started with Zoho Bookings

Once your account is confirmed, you’ll be guided through a quick setup process to get your Zoho Bookings account ready.

Step 1: Business Details

Enter your business name.
Select your time zone.
Choose your preferred currency.

Click Next.

Step 2: Set Your Availability

Choose your working daysand hours for accepting appointments.
Click Next.

This can be customized anytime in your calendar settings.

Step 3: Create Your First Service

Add a namefor your service (e.g., “Consultation” or “Haircut”).
Set the duration.
Click Create.

This sets up a one-on-one service – perfect for meetings, consultations, or any service where customers book individually.

Setup Complete!

You’re all set! A sample appointment will be booked automatically so you can explore how the booking process works. (Don’t worry — you can delete it later.)

Your Booking Page

A default booking page is generated with:

Your service details
Availability
A Book Appointmentbutton

Click Book Appointment to preview how customers will see your services.

Booking as a Customer

You’ll be prompted to fill out a simple form:

Name
Contact details
Any other required info

Click Schedule Appointment to complete the booking.
